Như Ngọc (Danlambao) - According to a posting on Facebook Hoang Dung, the following people have been arbitrarily arrested and detained by Dong Thap Police on February 11, 2014, when they paid a visit to the family of Mr. Nguyen Bac Truyen’s fiancée in Lap Vo District, Dong Thap Province.

In a seven-second video clip posted by Danlambao on YouTube, several people with innocent faces are seen being transported in a prison van with their hands tied behind their back.
Reportedly Mrs. Bui Thi Minh Hang and Mr. Vo Van Thanh Liem were brutally beaten during the illegal arrest.
